About Neighborhood Revitalization

The National Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), established under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA), provides grants to states and localities for the redevelopment of foreclosed and abandoned homes. EmpireHD is proud to be actively involved in this program, working alongside local developers and government agencies like the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to acquire, rehabilitate, and re-sell lender-owned, foreclosed properties throughout New York City. By rehabilitating these properties, we aim to prevent further declines in neighborhoods most severely impacted by foreclosures and create positive change for residents and communities.
