203 Christopher Columbus Drive

This 4-story mixed-use renovation project included a full gut rehabilitation and the addition of a 3-story rear extension to expand functionality and maximize space. The ground level features a fully modernized commercial space, while the upper floors were newly constructed for residential use with updated layouts and finishes. The project also includes a beautifully designed rooftop patio for tenants and a thoughtfully landscaped backyard reserved for the commercial tenant’s use. A new storefront was installed in full compliance with local Landmark Preservation guidelines, preserving the building’s historic character and contributing to the charm of the surrounding neighborhood.
